WHEELER. & NURSE omnSbus proprietors, in returainothanks to - the public of Canterbury for tlie liberal support' and patronage they have received for the last four years, and having considered the inconvenience-travellers have experienced from want of a covered conveyance, beg to inform their patrons that they have just received, per. ship Hastings,,an omnibus, from one of the first makers in London, which tWy intend running between Lyttelton and Christ- • > church, as soon as the cuttings and alterations at the " foot of the bridle' path, necessary for enabling the omnibus to turn, are completed.
