THE Building Committee have this day declared a fifth and final call of £1 per share, to be promptly paid to Mr. R. Packer, who is duly authorised to receive the same. By order of the Committee, W. WILSON, Hon. Sec. Christchurch, Nov. 9th, 1857. LOWER HEATHCOTE EVENING SCHOOL, FERRY ROAD. A MASTER will be required for this School at the beginning of March. Particulars may be obtained from the Rev. G. Cotterill, Incumbent. Jan. 25, 1858. LOWER HEATHCOTE CHURCH, FERRY ROAD. A Church is now in course of erection which will be capable of holding 150 persons instead of 100 as originally proposed. Nearly £600 will be required' to complete the building with the exception of the tower, and to provide the necessary fittings. Subscriptions may be paid to either of the Churchwardens, H. A. Scott, Esq., aud C. Bridge, Esq., or to the Incumbent, the Rev. G. Cotterill, or at the Bank. Those who have promised subscriptions are earnestly requested to pay them at their earliest convenience.
