ALL that part of the Town of Kaiapoi, lying between the "two ferries," and bounded, on the north and east by the Wairnakariri, is now open for sale on the following terms:- — All sections applied for will be put up for sale by Auction on the first Thursday in the following monthj and should no advance be offered on the upset price, the applicant will receive immediate possession. The upset price of the sections fronting on the River Waimakariri will be at the rate of £80 per acre, and of all other sections £40. One fouith of the purchase money to be paid on the day of sale and the remainder within j two years from that date, the purchaser paying 10 per cent per annum on the unpaid portion of the purchase money. Applications for sections to be made to Mr. James Wylde, C, E., Kaiapoi, at whose office plans of the property can be seen ; also, at the stores of the undersigned at Kaiapoi and Lyttelton.
