NOTICE. .; KAIAPOI TOWN LANDi ALL that part of the Town of Kaiapoi, lying oetween the "two ferries/ and bounded on the north and east by the Waiinakariri, is now open for sale on the following terms : — All sections applied for will be put up for sale by Auction on the first Thursday in the following month, and should no advance be offered on the upset price, the applicant will receive immediate possession. The upset price of the sections fronting on the River Waimakariri will be at the rate of £80 per acre, and of all other sections £40. One fourth of the purchase money to be paid on the day of sale and the remainder within two years from that date, the purchaser paying J 10 per cent per annum on the unpaid portion of the purchase money.
