The upset price of the sections fronting on the River Waimakariri will be at the rate of £80 per acre, and of all other sections £40. One fourth of the purchase money to be paid on the day of sale and the remainder within two years from that date, the purchaser paying J 10 per cent per annum on the unpaid portion of the purchase money.
