Every person desirous of purchasing any portion- of the ■ -Town Reserves- must make_ a written application, addressed to the Provincial Secretary, stating the section, or sections which he or she is desirous of purchasing, and describing the same .by reference, to.the number on the Map and List above referred to. ■-— j 2.
