By a proclamation dated December Bth, Henry Barnes Gresson, Esql, appointed a Jtidge of the Supreme Court, is assigned ;as Judge to thejSputhem District,; and the daya of holding Circuit Courts are appointed^ as "follows:—At Wellington, January 11th;' at Nelson, January 20th; at Lyttelton, February Bth;r and at Dunedin, March Bth. Mr. Gresson is also appointed as Judge in; the Vice Admiralty Court for the Southern District; . v >;
