Provincial Council, be prepared to convey to each immigrant, (introduced under their Regulations) as soon as he shall have redeemed his Promissory Note or ; Notes, a quantity of land equal in value (at the rate of lOs. an acre) to one fourth of the amount of his Passage Money. For example : i every immigrant on jcedemption of his Promissory Note or Notes, .will be entitled to.receive, ; ten acres of land for. every Twenty Pounds he he. shall have paid on. account of the Passage of ; himself and family.
