' TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION by Mr ' ALPORT, at the Mitre Hotel, Lyt-' telton, on MONDAY, the 21st DAY OF DEC, INST., at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, in one or two lots of 50 acres each, as may be agreed upon at the time of sale; subject to such conditions as may be then.produced:— All those two allotments or parcels of Freehold Land fronting upon Charteris Bay, opposite the Town of Lyttelton, being rural sections Nos. 129 and 265 adjoining each other, each section containing 50 acres of land, statute measure, or thereabouts.
