VALUABLE FREEHOLD DAIRY FARM, LAND, AND TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION by Mr. ALPORT, at the Mitre Hotel, Lyttelton, on MONDAY, the 21st DAY OF DEC, INST., at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, in one or two lots of 50 acres each, as may be agreed upon at the time of sale:: All those two allotments or parcels of Freehold Land fronting upon Charteris Bay, opposite the Town of Lyttelton, being rural sections Nos ; 129 and 265 adjoining each other, each section containing 50 acres of land, statute measure, or thereabouts. Also, the messuage or dwelling-house, stockyard, dairy, out-buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereto belonging. Together with the cattle run of 500 acres thereto adjoining, as lately occupied by Dr. Moore. The above well known and very valuable property is pleasantly situate. The cattle run or pasturage land of 500 acres with pre-emptive right over the same adjoining up to the freehold. The dwelling-house and out-buildings are in good condition, the greater part having been but recently built, and. the freehold land, or a greater portion of it, being broken up and in a good state of cultivation.
