NOTICE TO IMMIGEANTS. ! mHE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT JL of Wellington will, in pursuance of the Resolution of the Provincial Council, be prepared to convey to each immigrant, (introduced under their Regulations) as soon as he ; shall have redeemed his Promissory Note or Notes, a quantity of land equal in value (at the rate of 10s. an acre) to one fourth of the amount of his Passage Money. For example.: every immigrant on redemption of his Promissory Note or Notes, will be entitled to receive ten acres of land for every Twenty Pounds he . he shall have paid on account of the Passage of himself and family. These grants of land will either be made out of blocks specially; reserved for Immigration purposes in Small Farm or Agricultural Settlements, or in che immediate vicinity of Roads in ! process of construction; or the Immigrant, may I select the quantity to which he shall be declared ; entitled out of any lands open to purchase as , Rural.
