Via Auckland we have news from Sydney to the 19th ult., two days later than that received via Nelson by the Mountain Maid andTaranaki. His Excellency the Governor-General embarked in her Majesty's ship Iris, on the I7th ulto., for Norfolk Island, with all the honours, officers having been previously appointed to administer the Government during Sir William Denison's absence. <
