A MEETING of parties interested in the formation of the above Society will be held at the Town Hall, Lyttelton, on SATURDAY, the 26th Instant, at Seven o'Clock. The objects of the proposed society will be .— Ist. To advance to its members the means of purchasing property; they repaying the sum borrowed, with interest, by small monthly instalments. 2nd. To afford to those of its members who do not wish to purchase property, a safe and remunerative investment for their capital; they allowing their monthly payments to accumulate on the principleof compound interest until the close of the Society. • A.
