AUGUST, 1857. j By order of the Mortgagee, The Ketch Emu, as she now lies at anchor in this port, together with masts, yards, sails, anchors, chains, and stores. The Emu was built in 1850, at Brisbane Water, of Blue Gum, is 32| tons, N. M., and will carry 50 tons dead weight, is coppered, and copper fastened; her length is 49 feet, breadth amidships 14 feet and 6-tenths, depth of hold 6 feet.
