PUBLIC NOTICEJ HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified for public information that the upset price of the Eastern and Southern portions of the Christchurch Town Reserves, will, from and after the date hereof, be Fifty-Two Pounds sterling per acre, the additional two pounds per acre being required to provide a fund for the effectual draining of that portion of the Estate.
