That the Master shall produce a certificate from the Post Office authorities at Melbourne stating that lie applied for the mail immediately on the arrival of the English Mail Steamer. ■ | 2. That he shall produce a similar1 certificate stating the day and hour upon which the mail is put on board his vessel. 3.
