To the Editor of the Lyttelton Times. Sic, —We read a great deal of " Twaddle " in your publications, but you rarely, if ever, condescend to favour us with the proceedings at the " Waste' Lands Board," also the celebrated " Resident Magistrate's Court." I think the proceedings of those courts should be made a little more public— provided you think their acts will bear the light of the day. Their novel discussions would doubtless be a source of much amusement to many, and probably create an increased demand for your paper. A REAPER.
