"TTT'HEREAS it has been represented to V Y the Commissioners of the Waste Lands Board that parties art unlawfully cutting timber on Banks'Peninsula, Talbot and Harewood forests, and other part& of the province, NOTICE is hereby given, that any person found cutting timber on any of the Waste laiids of the Crown, without a license "previously obtained from this Board, will be proceeded against iff pursuance of the Regulations now in force within this province. .
