WHEREAS it has been represented to the Commissioneir of the Waste Lands Board that parties arfe unlawfully cutting timber on Banks' Peninsula, Talbot and Harewood forests, and other parts of the province, NOTICE is heeeby given, that any person found cutting timber on any of the .Waste lands of the Crown, without a license obtained* from this Board, will be proceeded against in pursuance of the Regulations now in force within this province.
