James Rule, late of Lyttelton, butcher, are requested to pay their respective .accounts into my hands, on. or before the Ist day of AUGUST Next; in default of which legal proceedings will be taken to enforce the same without further notice, and Interest upon such accounts as are not then paid- will be .charged at the rate of £8 per cent, per annum, from the time when such accounts became due until the day of payment. All parties desirous of paying their accounts on or before the Ist of August, without interest, may have the particulars of the same, on application at my office, in Lone!on street, Lyttelton.
