To the Editor of the hyttelton Times. Sir, —I have heard thiit at the Post Office a,t Christchurch three pence has been charged for v a newspaper sent from Lyttelton to Chrislchurch. The legal'charge is only one penny for each paper.' I am, Sir, yoms &c, Pa ID-TOO-MUCH.
