I "VTOTICE'is hereby given that the Court _L ij for the heaiing of Cases under ' The Resident Magistrate's Comts Extension 'of Jurisdiction Act, 1856,' will sit for disposal of such cases in the Town Hall of Lyttelton, on Tuesday, the 19th day of May next, and will adjourn from thence "to Christchurch for the following Tuesday, the 26th of May. ' No case will he set down for hearing by the Court, unless the Summons in such case shall have been served fourteen clear days before the day appointed for the sitting of the Court.
