From the second edition of the Liverpool 'Daily Post' of the 15th January:—
SWITZERLAND.
We have received the following telegraphic despatch from bur Paris correspondent :— '■
" Paris, Wednesday, Tan. 14, 7 p.m.—A private telegraphic despatch from Berne, dated to-day, announces that the'lJational Council have approved unanimously the proposition of liberating the Neufcliatel prisoners. The Commission of the States approved it unanimously wjth the exception of one vote.' ■ The discussion by the Federal Assembly has been prorogated till to-morrow, the 15th inst."
