WHEREAS it has been represented to the Commissioners of the Waste Lands Board that parties are unlawfully cutting timber on Banks' Peninsula, Talbot and Harewood forests, and other parts of the province NOTICE is heeebt given, that any person found cutting timber on any of the Waste lands of the Crown, without a license obtained from this Board, will be proceeded against-in pursuance of the Regulations now ia force within this province.
