WHEREAS it has been represented to "the Commissioners of the .Waste Lands Board that parties are unlawfully cutting timber on Banks' Peninsula, Talbot and Harewood forests, and other parts of the province, NOTICE is HEREBY given, that any person found cutting timber on any of the Waste lands of the Crown, without a license'previously obtained', from this Board;' will, be proceeded against in "pursuance of the Regulations now in force within this province.
