NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, nn.HAT- during the next Session of the JL. Provincial Council of the Province of Canterbury, application will be made by James Lingard and John Lingavd of the Ferry Road, Contractors,' for an ordinance enabling them to erect, and for a term of years to hold a wharf upon the Reserve along the Right Bank of the River Heatlicote, where the said Reserve abuts upon the said Ferry Road, at a point distant about three-quarters of a mile from the Heathcote Ferry.
