Outbuildings are in good repair and condition, replete with all requisite conveniences, and well calculated for carrying on an extensive and lucrative business. With the above premises will be sold all the valuable Household Goods and Furniture, Plate, Linen, arid' China, Ale, "Porter, Wines and Spirits, with all other Effects \yhatsoever, in and. uponthe premises. The' Housfei, Land and Premises-, will be sold for the lesidue of a term of Twenty-One Years, from the Twenty-Fifth of December, 1850j created by a certain Deed of Demise or Lease bearing date the Eighth day of December, 1851, and to the chief or ground rent of £80 a-year for the first seven years, and £100 per annum during the remainder of the term, subject nevertheless to an underlease of part thereof producing a clear rental of £20 per annum. If required, one-half or more of the purchase money may remain on security of the property, of which immediate possession may be had, th< present owners being about to retire from th business.
