NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVE'S, Til AT . clti ri n.tr t!ie next Session of the Provincial Cnnndl of the Province of Canterbury, application-will be made by James Lingard and John Lingard of the, Ferry Road, Contractors, for au ordinance, enabling them to erect, and for a term of years to hold a wharf upon the Reserve along the Right Hank of the River. Heathcote, where the said Reserve abuts upon the said Ferry Road, at a .point, distant about three-quarters of a mile from the Heathcote Ferry. . And to empower them to levy dues or charges upon all such goods as may be landed at-the said contemplated wharf.
