Board that parties are unlawfully-.cutting timber on Banks' Peninsula, Talbot" and Harewood forests, and other parts of the. province, NOTICE Is hereby ' given, that any person found" cutting timber on any of the Waste lands of the Crown, without a license previously obtained from this Board, will be proceeded against in pursuance of the Regulations now in force within this province. .
