ASALK of Town Lands in tlie above towns, will take place at the Land Office at Clmstchurch, at noon, on Monday, the 19th January, 1857. Maps of both Towns maybe seen at the Land Office. A map of the town of Akaroa may also be seen on application to the Resident Magistrate at Akaroa, after the first'of December next. A map of the Town of Timaru may also be seen at the Survey Office, Talbot Forest.
