A SALE of Town Lands in the above towns, will take place at the Land Office at Christchurch, at noon, on Monday, the 19th January,. 1857. Maps of both Towns may be seen at the Land Office. A map of the town of Akaroa may also be seen on application to the Resident Magistrate at Akaroa, after the first of December next. A map of the Town of Timaru may also be seen at the Survey Office, Talbot Forest.
