INSURRECTION IN SWITZERLAND.

We ('Times') have received the following telegraphic despatch from our Berlin correspondent:—

"Bi'nux, Friday. Sept, s.—The Royalists in Neufchatel have resumed the authority there of which the- Republicans deprived them in 1848."

The 'Monitenr' publishes the following:— '; His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs has received tho following despatch from the French Minister at Berne :—

'"'Bei£.nk, Sept. ik—-An insurrection broke out at two o'clock this morning at Neufchalel. Tin; mountaineerH of the 'Valley of Verricres suddenly attacked the town and castle. MM. Piaget and Humbert and some other functionaries of the canton became their prisoner.*. It is said the Royalist party are at the head of the movement. The Republicans of La Chaux-de-Fondts are advancing in a body to deliver their chiefs and recapture the town. The Federal Council has ordered Vice-President. Foncrod and Colonel Frei-Herose to proceed to the spot as Federal Commissioners, to re-establish the authority of the Government. Four battalions and tsome piecs of artillery from the camp of Yverdun have been placed under their orders. Their advanced guard must have entered the t<-rr:',',ry of Neufchalel at four o'clock thisafternoon.
