A SALE of Town Lands in the above towns, will take place at the Land Office at Christchurch, at noon, on Monday, the 19th January, 1857, ' Maps of both Towns may be seen at the Land Office. A mail of the town of Akaroa may also be seen on application to the Resident Magistrate at Akaroa, after the first of December next. A map of the Town of Timaru may also be seen at the Survey Office, Talbot Forest.
