A SALE of Town Lands in the above towns, will take place at the Land Office at Christclvuvch, at noon, on Monday, the 19th January, 1857, Maps of both Towns may be seen at the Land Office. A map of the town of Akaroa may also be seen on application to the Resident Magistrate at Akaroa, after the first of December next. A map of the Town of Titnaru may also be seen at the Survey Office, Talbo* Forest. Persons wishing to have sections put up to auction on the above day must apply to the. Waste Lands Board, onor be fore the 29 th December, 1S5(), and pay to the Treastiver a Deposit of 10 per cent, of the upset price. The Board sits Mondays and Thursdays.
