AUSTRIA AND NAPLES.
The Paris correspondent of the ' Times' says : —There was a report this afternoon that representations of a conciliatory nature, addressed by the Austrian Government to that of Naples, had had a good effect, and that the King had promised slight concessions and some modification of .the system that has excited such universal reprobation, and in which the remonstrances of England and France have proved powerless to produce a change. The rumour may possibly be well founded, out slight concessions could hardly be expected to close the question, as they certainly would not put an end to the scandal Naples is giving to Europe.
