"JVTOTICE. ■ All persons bound to Jl.l attend at the next Sesssion, intended to have been holdcn after the arrival of His Honor the Judge, (which it was anticipated would have been by the steamer in October,) are respectfully informed, that His Honor, prevented by indisposition, still intends, should he be able to travel when the steamer next arrives, to come by her. The Session will, therefore, it! is to be hoped, be holden in November.
