"VTOTICE. —— All persons bound to Xl -attend at the next Sesssion, intended to have been holden after the arrival of His Honor the Judge, (which it was anticipated would have been by the steamer in October,) are respectfully informed, that His Honor, prevented by indisposition, still intends, should he be able to travel when the steamer next arrives, to come by her. The Session will, therefore, it^is to be hoped, be holden in November. The Sheriff will give due Notice to Jurors, after the arrival of His Honor; but all persons may learn when the Court will sit, (after such arrival of the steamer and His Honor the Judge) by inquiring at this Office, or at the Court House, Lytyelton.
