Oct. g7, ketch ' Emu,' 33 tons, Neagle, from Akaroa and Timaru. Passengers, Messrs. Guuriry, Wiiliam-, and 1 Maori. Same day, steamer ' Zingari,' 11-8 tons, Milton, from Wellington. Passengers, Major and Mrs. Ilornbrook, Messrs. C. Sidey, T. Moorhoiue, J. Besv.ick, W. Bowler, jui:., McVuith, Thompson, and Cameron. SAILED. Ocf, 4, schooner 'Harry,' 22 tons, Sancto, for Wellington. IMPORTS. In the 'Mountain Maid,' J. T. Peacock, & Co., agents. General assorted cargo of spirits, wine, tea, sugar, &c. In the ' Phcebe,' H. EXTORTS. h\ the ' Harry,' Waitt, Mai-greaves, & Co., agents. 870 bushels wheat, 30 do. barley, 3 tons ftcur, and part original cargo from Wellington and Otago. The Southern Cross, schooner, with the Bishop of New Zealand' and the Rev. Mr. Patteson, arrived on the evening of Friday last, from the South Sea Islands. The Zingari, from the Southern Settlements, entered Manukau harbour on Saturday, at 2 o'clock. She sails again on the morning of Friday next. — Southern Cro&s, Sept, 26. The barque Daniel Webster, arrived at Hokianga on the oth instant from Port Cooper, to which she had gone from Newcastle,-with a cargo of horses and cattle. She lost nearly one-half the horses the first night out. Sr.e had. a good run of ten days from Port Cooper to Newcastle. At Hokianga, she takes in a cargo of timber and wheat for Sydney-. The Seringapatam, Captain' Gregory, from "Wellington, arrived at Bristol, Juna 17. The ship William and Jane, Hunter, from this port, Maich 27, arrived off Plymouth, July 2. The brig Prima Donna arrived in Ivleibourne, Sept. 12. New Zealand Shipping.—The following vessels are advertised in the' Times' of May 2S, for New Zealand ports :—Mariabnn, 1,100, Brown, Auckland and New Plymouth,. June 1 ; Mariner, 1,100, Harland, Wellington and Canterbury, June ,5; Cress well, SOO, Burnett, Nelson, June 10; Simlah, SOO. Allan, Otago, Jims 15; Joseph Fletcher, 1,000, Foster, Auckland. June 30; Egmont 1,000. Gibson, Canterbury, in July. The Gipsey for Auckland sailed June-23; the Cresswell/for New Zealand, June "23: the Str-t:i-mov", for Otago, June 28; and the Philip Lamr for Wellington and Canterbury, July 1.
