PARKINSON has received instructions from Mr. Mills to sell by Public Auction, without reserve, on his premises the Ferry Mead, River Heatbcote, on Thursday, the 11th instant, in consequence of the proprietor being about to leave the Colony, the whole of his live and dead stock, furniture, &c, consisting of: — TIMBER. 1 four roomed framed house complete, with doors, -windows, &c, 26ft. 6 ins. by 23 feet. 1 two roomed house, 22ft. by 12ft. 272 Feather edged boards. 40 14 feet inch do. 34 12 do. do. do. 17 16 feet joists, 6x3 54 do. do. do. do. !
