"VTOTICE is hereby given that the -Li Provincial Government, having received a Tender of £500 for the undermentioned Property, the same will be put up for sale by Public Auction, at the Police Office, Lyttelton, on Friday, the sth day of September, 1856, at 12 o'clock at noon precisely, subject to the conditions to be produced at the lime of sale, in addition to the terms already notified. DESCEIPTION.
