FORD'S A SSI GfliE NT, "IVrOTICE is hereby given that Augustus 1-H Ford, of Canterbury St., Lyttelton, in the Province of Canterbury, Draper, hath by deed bearing date the 15th day of August, 185(5, assigned over all his stock-in-trade, household goods, and furniture, and all other of his personal estate, effects, and premises, unto Augustus James Alport and Augustus Edward White,' both of Lyttelton, aforesaid, Merchants, upon trust for the equal benefit of such of his creditors as shall, execute the same within two months from the. date thereof: which' said deed of assignment now lies at my office for the inspection and execution of the creditors of the said Augustus Ford ; and such of them as shall neglect or refuse to execute the same within the time aforesaid, will be excluded from all benefit that may arise therefrom.
