FORD'S ASSIGNMENT, IyrOTICE is hereby given that Augustus JL l Ford, of Canterbury St., Lyttelton, in the Province of Canterbury, Draper, hath by deed bearing date the 15^ day of August, 1856, assigned over all his stock-in-trade, household goods, and furniture, and all other of his personal estate, effects, and premises, unto Augustus James Alport and Augustus Edward White, both of I Lyttelton, aforesaid, Merchants, upon trust i for the equal benefit of such of his creditors as shall execute the same within two months from the date thereof: which said deed of assignment now lies at my office for the inspection and execution of the creditors of the said Augustus Ford ; and such of them as shall neglect or refuse to execute the same within the time aforesaid,- will be excluded from all benefit that may arise therefrom. .
