NOTICE. IN consequence of a change in the proprietorship of the Lyttelton Times, all accounts up to the 30rh of June last, must be paid to Mr. Ingram Siuumpton (or to Mr. Mountfort, Chii.stchnreh, or Mr. Black, Kaiapoi), within one month from this date, otherwise legal proceedings will be taken without further notice; all persons having any claims on the aforesaid I. Shrimp ton are requested to send them in at once, addressed to him, that they may be examined and discharged. For the future ail accounts due to the Lyllelton Times will be furnished monthly. The price of advertisements in this paper is 3d a line for the iirst, and Id a line for each ■ subsequent insertion.
