NOTICE. IN consequence of a change in the proprietorship of the Li/Uelton Times, all accounts up to the 3O'.h of' June last, must be paid to Mr. Ingram Shrimpton (or to Mr. Mountfort, Christchurch, or Mr. Black, Kaiapoi), within ope month from this date, otherwise legal proceedings will be taken without further notice; all persons having any claims on the' aforesaid I. Shrimpton are requested to send them in at once, addressed to him, that they maj be examined and discharged. For the future all accounts due to the Lytlelton Times will be furnisned monthly. The price of advertisements in this paper is y3d a line for the first, and Id a line for each insertion. All advertisements must state the number of insertions required, or they will be inserted and charged till counter-ordered; and must bear the names of the persons to ■whom they are to be charged.
