NOTICE. IN consequence of a change in the proprietorship of the Lyttelton Times, all accounts up to the 30th of June last, must be paid to Mr. Ingram Shrimpton (or to Mr. Mountfort, Christchurch, or Mr. Black, Kaiapoi), within one month from this date, otherwise legal proceedings will be taken without further notice; all persons having any claims on the aforesaid 1.. Shrimpton are'requested to send them in at once, addressed to him, that they may he examined and discharged. For the future all accounts due to the Lyttelton Times will be furnished monthly. The price of advertisements in this paper is 3din line for the first, and Id a line for each ss/faequent insertion- AH advertisements must state the number of insertions required, or they will be inserted and charged till counter-ordered; and must bear the names of the persons to whom they, are to be charged. .All orders and counter-orders must be in writing, and must be left at the Lyttelton Times'" office, Lyttelton; or at Mr. Mountfort's, Christchurch; two days previous to publication.
