AUCKLAND.

We have received Auckland papers to the 11th instant. The Stafford Ministry was still .in power, and Mr. Sewell had brought forward resolutions explanatory of their financial policy. We copy from the New Zealander of June 11th the following remarks which contain the substance of Mr.

Sewell's speech in the House the day before. The debate on the resolutions was adjourned, on the motion of Mr. Stafford, in order to get the returns giving the information printed, till the Friday following1.
