CONDITIONS OF THE ARMISTICE.
Berlin, Friday evening, 21st December. —It is rumoured here that the following are to be the con. ditions of the armistice:—lf the peace is not finally negotiated between the period of the hostilities and 'the spring, the allied fleets are to be allowed to e.iter the Baltic, but not to pass beyond the island o' Gothland during the continuance of the negotiations.
The Tchernaya, and the two great defiles leading; into the valley of Baidar, are to form the line of dei) a cation in the Crimea.
At Kinburn, Eupatoria, Kertch, and at the scene of war, in Asiatic Turkey, the respective generals commanding are to agree with each other on the Way in which the armistice is to he carried out.
It is believed that the Russian Cabinet contented itself with simply acknowledging the receipt of the Austrian communication announcing- the Czar's acceptance of the propositions.
Until Prussia sees her way into a share in the Conferences, her conduct will be very guarded and reserved.
The Prussian frontier, which was closed against Poland some time back, on account of the cattle disease, ha.-, been re-opened, as fer as concerns the conveyance of corn.
