T^TOTrCE is Hereby Given that the -^ " Application Book/ in which persons desirous of applying for land under the Waste Lands' Eegulations may enter their name.', will be open at the Land Office, Christchurch, on and after the Ist of April next, between the hours of ten o'clock, a.m., and 3 o'clock, p.m., daily, excepting on Saturdays, when it will be closed at 1 o'clock, p.m. The regulation relating thereto is published below for general information. " A book to be called the ' Application Book'shall be kept open during office lours at the Land Office, in which the name of every person desiring to make any application to the Board shall be written in order »y himself or any person duly authorised on his behalf. And the Commissioners *J«all during the sitting of the Board, con•i«er and determine all applications in the °™er in e h they shall appear in the application book. Provided that if any person shall not appear himself or by some person duly authorised on his behalf before "'c Board when called in his turn his application shall be dismissed until his name 6»all appear again in the book in order.
