The Reserve fur the Association's Store, at ChrisU'hurch 16 The portion of the Wharves, ai Lyttelton, still unoccupied 32 The Boathouse, with the Dwellinghouse next to it, on the Beach, at Lyuelion 33 The Agent's house and premises, at Lvttelf'Mi, now in the occupation ot the Union Bank of Australia 34 The Government Offices, at Lytieltelton ' 34 All Tenders must be addressed in writing to the Provincial Secretary, and must state the terms on which the applicant is prepared to purchase or rent the property applied for. If the terms offered in any Tender shall be deemed sufficient by the Government, the property will be put up to Auction pursuant to the Ordinance. Johnston &c Co., take the liberty of pointing out to the Grocers of Canterbury, the great rise in the price of sugars in England and the colonies consequent upon the short crops, and the probable advantage of sending orders to Wellington to pir ,-hae part of this direct, importation.
