I^OTICE is Hereby Given that the -^ 4< Application Book," in which persons desirous of applying for land under the Waste Lands' Regulations may enter their names, will be open at the Land Office, Christchurch, on or after the Ist of April next, between the hours often o'clock, a.m., and 3 o'clock, p.m., daily, excepting on Saturdays, when it will be closed at 1 o'clock, p.m. The regulation relating thereto is published below for general information. > " A book to be called the ' Application Book' shall be kept open during office lours at the Land Office, in which the name ( _ of every person desiring to make any appli- '"*; cation to the Board shall be written in order by^hirnself or any person duly authorised on his behalf. And the Commissioners shall during the sitting of the Board, consider and determine all applications in the order in vdiich they shall appear in the application book.
