The '■ Louisa" from Port Cooper arrived in port on the 9th inst. She brought despatches from the General Government, including the Laud llegulations assented to by the Governor. She was to liave taken tbe members of the House of Representatives on to Canterbury to meet the steamer, but none of them have goue. The " Polly" from Sydney, with horses, and cattle, arrived on the same day. The " Content" from Sydney came into port on the 12th, with passengers, "general cargo, and 28 horses. By her we have European intelligence to 26th November. — Witness.

The *'■ Star"' had returned to Port Chalmers in ballast, but we do not observe any advertisement announcing the day of her departure for Auckland.
